Little Traverse Sailors is proud to offer tuition assistance to young sailors who might otherwise be unable to afford regular program fees.
Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so you are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Depending on when the application is received, decisions will be made in mid-March, mid-April, and late-May—with notifications shortly after.

Scholarship dollars are made available by generous individual donations from LTS supporters, parents and alumni. Scholarships will be awarded based on the funds available at any given time, a demonstration of financial need, and the child’s desire to learn to sail.
